just wondering...

is there any feat anywhere that would give a character a +4 to hit against a certain racial type or a +4 Dodge bonus against a certain type of creature?
(similar to dwarf's dodge bonus to AC vs. Giants, just a feat instead of a racial ability)

It's called "Ranger Level 5".

I think there's some sort of tactic feat like that in Complete Warrior.

But don't quote me on it.

Actually, Ranger lvl 5 would give you a +4 to Damage not a +4 to hit...

only thing I found (after looking through the tactical feats in Complete Warrior) is the Giantbane tactical feat, that gives you a +4 AC and eventually a +4 to hit, after doing a specific set of actions... but only if you're a small creature (or medium creature fighting Huge)

any other ideas?

In the description for the races that get dodge bonuses against certain types of creatures, it states that its due to training.

Now, if its universal, it tends to be +1, if its only to a few, it tends to be +2, and if its only one, it tends to be +4 as far as bonuses to things, but i think +4 is very overpowered, depending on the frequency of the monsters you pick.

Perhaps as a first level only feat, i'd allow it, but if it was an undead campaign, i certainly wouldn't allow you to pick every undead...perhaps either incorperal or corperal undead, or i may break it down even further. Either way, its really up to the DM, and how often the monsters occur to decide just how much one feat should give you.

Go find a spellcaster who has the Advanced Bestiary :w00t: and who is willing to polymorph you into a quickling version of yourself. Not a feat, but still accomplishes what you want.

What's a quickling?
