04-03-07, 09:27 AM seems to say you are ECL 25 with exactly a +5 LA, not more not less.

If I was DMing a game like I would go with ECL 25 with at least a +5 LA.

04-03-07, 10:08 AM Stalker has it, in additon any template allowed that is canon that doesn't exceed ecl 25 total.

My previous char was halfdragon half fiend at lvl 18 I was ecl 25.
