If you would have godlike powers for two rounds what would you do.

I would grand myself immortality or create a 3 by 3 by 3 foot cube of platinum or create the ultimate dragons bane sword or... or... or..............

1st round: Give myself Wish as a supernatural ability, usable at will, without any XP cost or chance of failure, and no limits to what I could wish for.

2nd round: Create a personal demiplane for myself, on which I would have supreme power.

OR

1st round: Make myself able to take an infinite number of actions in the following round.

2nd round: Grant myself whatever the hell I want, as this round won't end until I say so.

I'd bake the world's most delicious cake.

And then I'd bake the world's most delicious cake.

Speaking from a neutral evil stand point...

I would force all dragons to obey me.

I would force all elementals to obey me.

Since all dragons obey me, I would take over the world. Thus having unlimited supply of gold. Then I would start conquering the material plains.

I'd make a rock so heavy that even I couldn't move it.
Move it.

Why limit yourself to 2 rounds of god-like powers? Fists of God (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=217038) have them from cradle to grave. ;) [/shameless advetising]

Round 1) Universal Peace and Harmony, World-wide Literacy, an end to Hunger and Poverty, and a puppy for everyone.
Round 2) Enough money to never have to worry about money.

Round 2) Enough money to never have to worry about money. Forget the universal peace, how about an unlimited energy source and a way to bypass the c limit?

Mortality is not a curse, it is a blessing. Maybe for you, but I can honestly say that I could live forever and enjoy it; provided I could grant immortality to a certain someone. :) And that goes x10000000000000 if our world was like the D&D world, if only for extraplanar travel.

Using my Alter Reality power, I cast a maximised Time Stop. In that Time Stop, I rest for 3 rounds, then cast another one. Etc :)

Why do so many people want to rule the world? Wouldn't that be kind of a hassle?

1. Rid myself of all negative emotion, hatred, etc, as well as divest myself of mortal needs (sleep, hunger, etc). 1 round

2. Leave this world for a better one, or make a better one.

Assuming giving myself permanent power is not feasible.

1) Immortality (in the never die in form or fashion sense)

2) To innately know any factual information known by two or more people. (There are some things I just don't want to know. People's sexual fantasies, crimes, etc.)
Phist

round 1: Immortality
round 2: Perminant divine powers

yes I could instantly achieve my dreams of ruling the world, but with the above two I'd rather do it the long way anyways.:smirk:

If you would have godlike powers for two rounds what would you do.
:schemes:

1) Fix every problem imaginable, perfecting the universe/multiverse. And give everyone a :cookie:

2) Destroy the universe/mutliverse.

Everyone could enjoy their 6 seonds of perfection, because ruling is too much work.

1) be in the middle of reading some dumbass post on this message board.

2) figure out that my time is almost up, causing me to yell "crap!" and then promptly crap my pants forever because my time ran out after I said that.

Brackafrackin double post...

Godlike, eh?

In game:
1) Quickened trap the soul, heightened to 30th level aimed at the party sorcerer, and then wish myself and the gem to Ysgard.
2) Craft a +20 Suppository of Epic Power. When... inserted... it grants a +20 deflection bonus to AC, a +20 enhancement bonus to all six ability scores, a +20 insight bonus to all attack rolls and damage rolls, +20 resistance bonus to all saving throws, +20 competence bonus to all ability checks and skill checks, and a +20 to save DCs for all extraordinary, supernatural, and/or spell-like abilities of the... I guess "wearer".

Real life:
1) I'd seek out every person on the planet who's thoughts, actions, and/or personality displease me (should be about 4 billion such people) and teleport them to the surface of the sun. Nostradamus predicted two thirds of the earth's population would be taken out some time soon. I'm tired of waiting.
2) I'd terraform Mars.
Arcuna

04-19-04, 06:07 PM
First round: I'd make all of the following count as a free action.

Second round: Cast Time Stop. Then, give myself permanent divine power. I would then give myself a dagger that has all of the enchantments you could possibly imagine (besides "cursed item" enchantments). I would then have a giant cow (as per Black and White). That would be enough to satisfy me.

...Yes, I am that weird.

I would give myself the ability to cast all spells (divine and arcane), maximized, quickened, silenced, stilled, etc. as a spelllike ability once per day.

Give myself the perfect body, and then lots and lots of money. Then off to the brothel.
