Okay... so I would REALLY like to know a good Prestige Class for an Illusionist since I just can't seem to find any that would work at inhancing an Illusionist's abilities. They all focuse on damage dealing or energy types or even polymorph. Help!!!

I've always thought the Shadowdancer PrC would be perfect for an illusionist/rogue.

Failing that, you might want to look for PrCs that your abilities would complement, rather than the other way around... for example, an assassin with illusionist roots would be even better at avoiding and subduing his foes. Same with an arcane trickster.

And, of course, any of the mage-based PrCs like Archmage or Loremaster will go well.

Try the Character Optimization boards if you want useful input. Not griping at you, but that's the place to get that sort of info.

I remember Shadowcraft Illusionist from Races of Stone, but you have to be a gnome.

There's also another Shadowcraft PrC (not to be confused with the Gnome version) in the Underdark. Full spellcasting progression, open to any race, just a few simple skill and feat requirements (Spell focus & Greater Spell focus illusion). Wizard can be in it by 5 and Sorc by 6.
