i thought i saw a improvised weapons feat that got rid of the negs in using them, i was wondering for a Incredible Hulk build idea i had, but im only trying to make a 10th lvl character, with the max of a +1 lvl adjustment

Talk to your DM, they will probably be able to help you out.

Perhaps you could be a big monk that uses improvised weapons as part of their unarmed attacks.

1/2 giant (expanded psionics) is perfect, +1 lvl adjust, you are treated as large for weapon size, and most other good stuff, cept reach. but your still medium, with a nice str adjust.
as to your feat, i think it was in "sword and fist" (old paperback splat)
their are at least 2 classes that get it as a class feature.
drunken master (comp war, need monk lvls)
hulking hurler (need to be large, 1/2 giant i think works to, in comp war too)

drunken masters are the best for improvised weapons. ive seen one played who used a teddy bear filled with metal shrapnel and rocks. ive also seen one use an arm of a statue to beat people with.

maybe a half giant drunken master that uses stunning fist on people and then uses his enemies as improvised wpns.

I'm not sure about the feats, but for the race you might look at the Goliath in Races of Stone. They are a medium creature, but counted as a large creature for most everything, including weapons, bull rush modifiers, wether special attacks (like swallow whole) will work on them, among others. They are a +1 LA race, and get +4 to STR, -2 to DEX and +2 to CON. As far as the classes, I would advise Monk followed up by the Drunken Master PrC, but I haven't read every book out there, so there may be better combos that I'm not aware of.

D20 Apocolypse has the feat you're thinking of. It has a BaB of +4, IIRC, and I've been dying to make it to level six so I can throw that out there and start wailin' on people with random objects.

As with most d20 material, it is compatible with D&D, though you should talk to your DM.

Also, drunken master does get a special ability to wield improvised weapons with minimal risk failry early on in his progression.

There's a goliath barbarian feat that lets you become legitimately large when you rage. Seems appropriate for The Hulk. Same with the feat that lets you do incredible damage to objects while raging.

Goliath with Barbarian 3(Rage ability), Fighter 2(2 feats), Hulking Hurler 3(Throw Anything and throwing tricks), War Hulk 2(Strength bonuses and sweeping attacks). Grab Improved Unarmed Strike, and Superior Unarmed Strike along with a Monk's Belt and you should be set. Hope I helped. peace.

What about Bear Warrior - turn into a bear when you rage. With a little (very little) reflavoring, it'd work.
