| Jadeforest12-07-03, 06:13 PM | I'm trying to discern if the intelligence stat works like Constitution in that if the midifier is changed (say from +2 to +3) the character would get retroactive skill points per level. I've looked in the PHB and DMG, but can not find anything that says intelligence does not work this way. Any ideas? |
| Heron_Marked_Blade12-07-03, 06:18 PM | Check the end of the Abilities section in the PHB, right at the beginning of the book. Alternately, you could go to the 3.5 SRD and find this: When an ability score changes, all attributes associated with that score change accordingly. A character does not retroactively get additional skill points for previous levels if she increases her intelligence. |
