Is there a way (feat or class ability) that lets you regain health based off of how much damage you do? I know Crusader has something like that, but it is its own stadnard action right? I'm trying to think of a way to leech life just from normal attacks, and then go crazy with a Dervish with Karmic Strike/Robilar's Gambit.

I think SoulEater(?)(BoVD?) has something similar, but you should really be asking this on the CO board.

There's a few powers that do so (Vampiric Blade, XPH), but the big granddaddy of them all is Wrathful Healing. It was published in Enemies and Allies, perhaps the least-known Wizards book of all time -- a +3 enhancement that heals you half the damage it deals.

Umm...I've never hear dof the book, so the chance of my DM putting it in as random treasure is probably nil. :(

Tell me more about SoulEater. Is it a feat? Do I have to be evil?

It's a prestige class in the Book of Vile Darkness. The idea behind the class is to consume souls with a natural attack or something, not sure right now. The requirements are pretty easy to achieve, except I think you can't be a humanoid and you need a natural weapon.

Don't know if your game allows Psionic, but there's the Bodyfeeder (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/items/weapons.htm#bodyfeeder) enhancement bonus you can put on your weapon.

Bodyfeeder
All feeder weapons have a special ability that functions only upon scoring a successful critical hit. A bodyfeeder weapon grants its wielder temporary hit points equal to the total damage dealt by a successful critical hit. These temporary hit points last for 10 minutes. Thus, if the wielder of a bodyfeeder weapon successfully scores a critical hit while the wielder still enjoys temporary hit points from a previous critical hit, the wielder gains only the better of the two values: either his current number of temporary hit points, or the new influx of temporary hit points, whichever is higher.

Strong psychometabolism; ML 12th; Craft Psionic Arms and Armor, claws of the vampire; Price +3 bonus.

IS Vampiric Blade a class power or a weapon enchantment?

1) Weapons aren't enchanted, they're enhanced.

2) It's a power in the XPH. Check the SRD.
