is this a good character?

He's backround story will be done by tommorow but by looking at the stats what do you think of him? anything he should change, he still has 1 week

Uh... looks like your average level dwarf fighter to me? Maybe if you told us what kind of fighter he's trying to be (damage monkey, tank, archer, etc), we could be more helpful, since he looks pretty well all over the place. And from the looks of it, he's got 2 more feats than he should have at that level, unless his race (never heard of a "shield dwarf") gives him 2 bonus feats.

And just fyi, you don't have to tell us what the core feats do, or list every skill, or the stats on his nonmagical weapons and armor. We know those pretty much like the backs of our respective hands.

Look sexy to me..

But the question you should be asking us is... "How can I maximize my damage output using 2hands on a dwarven battleaxe by 10th level"

or.. "how can I make my DM absolutely puke in disgust just by looking at my character sheet"

How are you using Raid shot with a heavy crossbow? I believe it takes a standart/full-round action to reoad it, so Im not sure if you can use Rapid Shot and a Crossbow... PLus, with a STR of 18, I would go for a Mighty Composite Longbow instead anyways.

But yes, he looks like a very all-round fighter (which i like actually, since there is nothing more irritating than fighting something that the power-leap-süperdam-figther didnt really think of, which results in him meerly siiting on his behind for the whole encounter.). Yes, he looks like having 2 feats too much (but then again, I havnt got my FR books at hand, so cant check Shield Dwarf).

This would be better served if you posted it in the character optimization board.

Problems:

too many feats (as pointed out above)
too much wealth (if newly created character). Level 3 chars get 2700gp. Sword:2k, potions: 1.1k, plus other equipment
Rapid Shot is useless with crossbow (see above post)

Strange stuff:

suspiciously high ability scores - not using standard ability generation?
high HP total (rolled 22 with 2D10+8)

Well since I don't know much about FR some of the things that stick out to me may be as a result of FR material.
1. Where does the Fire Resistance come from?
2. Why does he have 6 feats? A 3rd level Dwarven fighter should only have 4.
3. He may have too expensive of equipment.
4. The potion of Mage Armor is worthless for him as it doesn't stack with his armor bonus from breastplate.
5. As has been said before, why is he using a crossbow? It's much more cost effective to use a bow with a fighter.
