You'll have 3 hit points

Max @ 1st level plus whatever you roll on 1d6 for levels 2 and 3. However with a CON of one, your penalties will be so high that it would actually negate the 1d6. But it says you get a minimun of 1hp when you level, so there...three hit point.

With a Con of 1 I suggest you leave the adventuring business and resort to a life of meditation inside a glass bubble.
Try exercise, but be careful: your bones might snap from all the movement. Also eat healthy food, but make sure you have a nurse to prepare it as fruit mash, and drink it through a straw.
