ok, im making a fighter that is made to take out the group im in.He is a dwarf two sword user that likes to charge and grapple. He has cleave, greater cleave, and supreme cleave.
The group has a ninja, samurai, cleric, rouge, and a monk. I wish to make my attack at lvl 10 and im lvl 7 what feats and enhancments should i get so i can kill the whole group if they are together.

Forgot i have a keen weapon and +18 to grapple hehe. Ideas would be cool and the DM knows im gonna do it so i can make a new toon.

Some words of highly sagacious advice:
DO NOT KILL YOUR GROUP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

Killing their characters, on the other hand, well, that's different. I still advise against it, however. Why do you want to do so? You mentioned making a new toon, are you a webcomic artist or something? Or did you mean toon as in some game thing that I don't know about? If you can't find enough time to balance D&D, your toon-making escapades, and the rest of your existence, why not just leave the group? Some people are probably really attached to their characters, why kill them? Are you trying to lose friends, as well as your gaming group? Because I know that I wouldn't want to be friends with some kind of character-serial-killer.

Sorry I was gonna just attack the whole group cause my character goes nuts from all the wrong doing he sees from the group. Like the rouge stealing from the group.then my new character would come in and save the day by killing the nut. just wanna be able to hit each person in 1 attack from alot of cleaving and knock them all out. (Not the cleric cause she has honor.)

Confront the rogue OOG. Tell him that they are all sick of him stealing the party gold. There is no need to kill an entire party because of one person.

I reiterate, do not attack the party unless you want massive trouble. The best idea would be to have your character explain that he is disgusted with everyone's actions, and that he is leaving, and then bring in the new character. Meanwhile, you should talk to them OOG as stated, about fixing the problems.

Yes. Do this, please. Killing the party - or trying to and failing - isn't likely to make them like you much, whatever your DM does or doesn't agree to. It's not that uncommon for players to get kicked out of a group because they try to kill the other characters, so, keep that in mind.

That said, a TWF Fighter isn't likely to kill the entire party, so barring a string of terrible luck, they're pretty safe. Especially if you focus so much on the Cleave feats.

o.k. before you start you will need a catchers mask, elbow and knee pads, a (private parts) cup, football shoulder pads, wrist gaurds, and the best running shoes you have.

after that it doesnt matter what your character has for feats. your going to die. slow and painful.

but just remember one thing after you do it.

it was worth drinking your meals through a straw and crapping into a bed pan, just to watch your friends say "WTF".:D

it's easy take the guard duty right before the rogue. kill the ninja in his sleep, place a dagger on his body. When your duty is over, don't wake up the rogue and go to sleep. when the group will wake up in the morning their gonna be like wtf?

So big debate yatti yatti yatta, if things go well they kill the rouge, if not they just suspect him.

Next mount people against the rogue if he's not dead. Once he is, just attack everyone after the battle, get monk first because stunning fist will be the death of you.

Strategy is the best way here, it's not cuz ure a fighter that you necessairly dumb.

To be honest, not a chance. Unless he goes for the stab-in-sleep scenario, there is simply no way that he'll be able to take on a group of his own level and live.

But really, PK-ing is just irritating for players and being a general pain the rear.

So instead of talking either in character or out of character with your group to solve a legitimate problem you've decided that since you aren't having fun no one else should? Listen kid, this game is about having a good time with your friends. You need to understand that eveyone being killed/knocked out by you in a PvP battle isn't fun. Even if they just slaughter you without any trouble the stigma against you, not your character because he "goes nuts" will follow you for some time.
If you really feel that the game is going in a direction you don't like you can try actually trying to rectify it through intelligence and diplomacy, just going into a madcap rush of combat rounds would only harm your case. Also if you really don't like it leave the group. But don't even attempt to slay the party for how they play their characters, it's both lame and childish.

Keep the following in mind:

1. Understand that your character is a seperate individual and not an extension of your OOC grudges. If he betrays the party because they're evil or dishonorable that's one thing. If he betrays them because the rogue took a magic item you wanted that's another thing entirely. For that matter, if your character really cares this highly about honor, as you imply, then he probably would NOT do this. There's nothing honorable in betraying your trusting comrades without even warning them first.

2. Understand that characters who betray the party have a HUGE mortality rate. You may think your character is an unstoppable tank but you're up against five characters of equivalent level. You don't stand a chance in a straight fight.

3. Understand that you most likely WILL be kicked out of your gaming group. Unless you're really good friends or in a reall understanding group your fellow players will be ****** and rightfully so.

I've had a character betray his party before. He was LG in a CE party and had enough of the party killing everyone for no reason. He attacked in the middle of a high CR encounter and still only BARELY escaped only to get lost in the woods and killed by a bugbear. I was allowed to stay in the game for three reasons:

1. It was in character for him to do what he did.
2. My gaming group are nice people. The cohost has been my best friend for seven years.
3. No one died. (Except my LG wizard, who had to be resurrected by the mage guild he was a member of.)

From what I can tell you're acting out of character and you are going to KILL them. I can't say for number 2. But no matter what I don't think this will end well for you if you actually do this.

If its your entire group that is against you, have you considered that you either need to change groups or change whatever is making the entire group against you?

That said, just buy some dust of sneezing and choking and dump it on them while on watch

Or *warning! blatant Oots rip off!* get a caster to cast Explosive Runes on a bunch of pieces of paper. Fold aforementioned pieces of paper, hide in other character's gear. Massive explosions ensue. Or depending on the Level, etc get Symbol of Death. Just be really far away when someone opens the paper is all. :D

1. It is really a bad idea to kill your party. It's just a heavy-handed way of trying to push your view on other people, if you think about it. So the thief stole. That's bad. But does that mean that it's okay to go around killing people in their sleep?

2. If you want to kill your party, just kill them all in their sleep. ITS SO EASY.

There are some very important facts that you are not getting here...

1) It is never "cool" to PK someones character

2) This is not a "cool way to bring in (your) new hexblade." It reeks of contrived setup and immature posturing.

3) Your 10th level fighter will last about 2 rounds (maybe) against 5 other 10th level characters. Your uber l337 hexblade will not even have time to make his overly scripted entrance.

I think it is time to grow up a little here and listen to the suggestions being made on this thread. Simply have your current char walk away and forget the whole "going crazy" thing.

So a cool way to bring in your new character is to kill all the other players' characters?

Would you like it if one of them was doing the same with your lvl 10 hexblade?

Or are your players ok with this kind of game style? (which, of course, could be the case)

I don't know what you guys are ranting about when you say killing your party is a bad idea. Its true that normally this would be a bad idea, however there are exceptions. In fact one of the funnest games I played involved my character (a hired assassin, hired to kill the party) killing off the party characters one by one, but eventually getting involved in a fistfight with another character I was about to kill at night. My rouge got his arse beat and killed, yet it was fun, intense, and hilarious. Thats just my 2c

Heh, it's a good way to get rid of your old character, if nothing else ... a fighter would be slaughtered pretty fast against just about any of those enemies, let alone a full group.
You'd need Blindfight to counter the ninja, and Spring Attack to outmanuever the rogue. The samurai matches you with dual wielding, armor, etc, and gets a smite attack ... I'd give even odds against him, but mostly he'll be the mainstay of the group. The monk would edge you out in mobility, maybe damage, and his stunning fist line, while not your greatest concern, provides some minor threat of losing a turn. Lastly, the cleric ... well, let's be honest, anything you can do a cleric can do better.
The only way a fighter would stand a chance would be if the player is very good, or very, very lucky. While I don't really like hunting in-group (it happens all too often in my campaigns to be fun) I'd advise that you pick a more powerful class before doing so ... in both you current fighter incarnation, and your later Hexblade character, you'll just end up getting thrashed.

Like you said, it is generally not a good idea. That's why most of the posters urge caution. However:

You are right, but only if you are certain that the other players do not mind such a scheme. In addition, a mole in the party can be part of an exciting story, but randomly killing characters for your own pleasure isn't fun at all.

Just out of curiosity, you said you have supreme cleave at level 7 but use two swords?

So, unless there's another way of getting supreme cleave I'm not aware of, you're probably a frenzied berzerker, knight protector, or master samurai, but how did you land one of those prestige classes at level 7 and into one far enough to have supreme cleave? Then there's dual wielding supreme cleave when you have the possibilities of a 1.5 damage mod off a two hand then the mods while in frenzy... :weep:

I understand you planned to do this at level 10, but maybe I missed something in the explanation?

At first, I thought (like the rest of the posters) it was the worse idea ever.
But after reading the bottom line of your plan, it's not so bad. You could discuss with the DM to have this fight be more cinematic than roll-playing, and it'll be fine. Have your fighter grow more and more impatient with the rest of the party and he suddenly turn berserk, loosing patience with everyone, stabbing everyone around. The DM could even say the fighter was possessed by an evil spirit to explain his sudden talent, etc.

Only thing, an hexblade is not exactly the kind of characters to spontaneously jump in and save the day from a berserk warrior. Should you wanted to play a fearless paladin, it would have been a flawless plan. Unless your character simply display his curse, making the fighter unable to do anything (still cinematically, not roll-playing), and the party is finally able to control him. At this point, the fighter becomes an NPC, and he either ends in jail, leaves vowing to take revenge, or leaves for the next temple of Pelor to seek atonement, but still warning the rogue about his wrong-doings...

Why not just save your money and hire the local assassins guild. The other players will never know its you unless the DM does not play it well.

Start with the rogue, and have the assassins leave a note like "there is no honor among thieves."

The other PC's would be sacred _less, Ian.

Ok you want to TPK? Your making a level 10 character? Try a wizard. From a far (maybe atop of some sort of tower) blast them off with a few fire balls...

You could say that they are sent to attack some hermit that is lodged up in some cave somewhere and when they enter into the main part of the cave it opens up to a large cavern that has 2 exits (the one they came from and the other leading towards the wizards "home"). If they look upwards they will see a murderhole from where the wizard will be shooting them from (providing 3/4 cover). Out of the entrance that is on the other end of the cavern the party will face a few golems 1 iron, 1 stone and 1 clay whom will guard the wizard. Also if they do fall the guardians they will still have to face some nice traps that the wizard has instore for them.

Is that enough for you?

If you're doing this in the spirit of fun, and you are ALL going to enjoy making new characters and/or getting ressurrected, fine, do it. BUT if you are not ALL going to have fun, and you're just a wiseguy that wants to get a to snicker a bit, I honestly don't tink you should be playing D and D. My friends and I were in a declining campaign, ad I talked to the DM to make sure this was OK, and I attacked my party and killed them all for a couple laughs with another one of the party members. Then, when my friends were getting REALLY ******, the DM and I just said that we would restart the session with no betrayal. Then the DM invented (or simply took from a DnD book, tough i don't think this exists) the Mark of Betrayal. If your character has the Mark of Betrayal, he CAN'T betray his party without a good reason. Maybe you should just do the same. on the other hand, if you aren't a serious D and D player and you're just looking for a couple laughs, stop playing. I would be really ****** if someone, especially someone who isn't serious about D and D, randomly attacked my characters. I'd hold a vote to kick him out of the group if he played around in sessions all the time, too. But who am I to judge? You may just be a serious player having a good time (that's what D and D is about).
