Galen 03-25-04, 07:49 PM	Generally I like it but the layout probably needs some revision. Maybe a better banner and the links to the Races, Civs, Map and, fanmade cards need to be turned into a menu instead of cluttered links. Awwwww, would you look at that, dedication to us regulars. :D :D :D
Obsidianjaerc 03-25-04, 08:30 PM	I lke it well enough. Maybe a menu would be better maybe not. Definitly changes the Races pic as soon as we have a Virix or Swamp Dweller pic to put in its place. It is very misleading;) , say I think I have a Virix pic around somewhere. I'll PM you it.

I would like to contribute more. at the moment i've only been posting ideas, but as a trained graphic designer i'd like to add my 2cents. so a few ideas: > pdf book. Very easy to make and update. and free to download etc. > i'd like to help with the webpage. not the actual creation of it, but i'll submit images and graphics etc > Also illustrations. i'll do some sketches and post them etc. i think that to make this look good, we need a standard in quality. i have all the programmes that'll be needed so it'll be easy to put it together. it's just the actual content. I think that somone will need to basically 'edit' or 'approve' the content. Whether its text or artwork. that all being said, i'm getting married in... two and a half weeks :eek: , so i'll be away for three weeks in two and a half. otherwise, i'd appreciate some feed back. cheers steve

Mak 04-15-04, 01:35 AM	I can see where this is going... the politics of this place really has to be addressed. The more we ignore it, the worse it will get. We need to play by a single rule system to make a coherent world. The "each race has different beliefs" thing will only work if there's a hidden, real belief system behind everything. Dragonlance's Paladine was called Skyblade, Thak, Draco Paladin, and many other names by each of Krynn's races, but there was one real god behind all of it. I'm removing all of my creations. You can ignore me all you want, but this place will never get anywhere if we each keep making our own little worlds and killing everyone else's. Someone has to start something, and someone has to follow it for a world to actually be born. JP
Agent Graves 04-15-04, 06:10 PM	i think you may be a little too critical about the process. with the wizo's help as ajudicators we can minimise and problems. anything i've started to put together is straight from this project. i havent gotten everything, but there is alot there. There is a long way to go. Really all we are doing at the moment is scratching the surface, so i think you may be a little hasty in pulling everything off the boards. I dont want to elect myself as 'government' with regards to the art and compilation side, but i'm a designer and i thought somone's got to do it. anyway, i often ramble. steve

So what do ya think Rny2? Was there ever really a need for a website? I mean, sounds like a great idea, but more along the PDF line .. its a publishing descision. I saw it before it got taken down, and really all that made it up were some wierdo maps. I swear they had the united states on them.. seriously! Yeah, but anyway.. Where do people go when they are not WCPing, I'm one for regdar's, d20 Design General, CoCo, with random vorays into the homebrew forums for giggles. This is an easy :bump:

Rny2 03-24-06, 06:48 PM	Yeah, i saw the maps too. Slightly disorienting, as I couldn't figure out where the map discussion took place. As for Mak, I'd say someday some Sun's gonna' bring him back. We just need to find the find composition for our world's Sun, so that everyone can just follow themselves forever in orbit. We just need more blood to spoil.

I'd like to make my summary sticky or upload some of the remaining linked pictures before they bedome permanantly lost. Hey Lawin! Really - Me, Rny2, and Dindrin. Thats about the regulars. Luigi pops by every once and awhile. Some of the others like Galen "swing by" but for hard workin shlobs! Were it right now. When I first got here there was one little tiny post visible on the first page (since I have modified my view to all time) by Brklf about "working together" I said - if there is anything I know about its teamwork. Brklf seems to have wandered off as many do, saw him on Regdars not too long ago.. :shrug: what can I say?
