I am a longtime lover of the thri_kreen race, in another game system called Phraint, well in many game systems called many things now with the open game licence I want to create a world of DnD caliber that uses incects as its base races. So of course we have the Thri-Kree, but where to next without beeing or generating that "ho Hum Been here already killed that mindset of characters". I mean face it what player dosn't sit back and read every book ever written and every supliment ever printed... It gets hard surprising players that know the rules better than the database your laptop is running at the game. So I want to start a whole new environment and I want all of you to lend a hand. Do you think humans should be included so that there are two alternate styles of play ther parties could take. Play the human fleeing for its life from hives looking to add food or slaves. Play the noble insect threatened by this new race in the world. Play the human dropped by some mad wizard into a alternate prime as punishment for a failed or a successful mission. Or just layerer the races wholesale over the current system?:OMG!
