Any good ideas for Chaotic landscapes? Here's one I've come up with: You fall face first on to sharp, metallic rocks. Staggering to your feet, you see an endless field of metal glistening in pale light to the horizon. Far in the distance are monolithic jagged towers, like the rocks under your feet only much larger. The portal behind you sucks itself up into a light blue disc, and disappears with a soft "pop". Abover you is a solid grey sky, speckled with white and black stars. Two white bands span the heavens, one is a thin white line directly above, and the other is a multicolored arc a little off center. Three moons (or maybe suns?) are spread out in an ecliptic. One is a glowing purplish-green disc, almost like the after-image you would get from staring at the sun. The second is a solid black hole in the sky. The third looks almost like a bloody disembodied eyeball, gazing blankly off into space. It even has bits sticking out where a nerve would be. It slowly turns its gaze in your direction, then stops, staring right at you.
