Customer Service(CS) has a set of standards to judge whether something is harassment or not. They look at what gets reported, and make the call. Harassment and whatnot are subjective, and what may be offensive to you may be tolerable to others, and within the CoC.

Because they are violating the CoC that everyone is supposed to follow. I realize that they never get banned or warned, but I wanted to bring it to everyone's attention. The 4E avengers are well known on RPGnet and ENworld, and so is Wizards special treatment of them.

Pointless. They will delete this thread if it is a big enough threat to them. Otherwise they'll ignore it and allow you to get flamed. There's really nothing that can be done about it. That won't make me give up, but I'm just telling you the odds.

One could also argue that its possible to be too sensitive, and the worth of being able to lighten up. There is also the fact that these are the 4E D&D forums, and coming to said forums and having negative things to say about the game isn't likely to make you many friends. If you expect people to be nice to you as you're being negative about their game, thats a you problem.
I have every right to be critical of 4E mechanics without being insulted. Criticizing 4E is not against the CoC. Insulting posters or harrassing them is. Period.

Yes, it is against the CoC. However, the mods enforce the CoC at their digressions. If they choose not to enforce it, it doesn't matter if it is or not.

And by the looks of it, more are heeding the call in the General forum.
Aside from the fact that this is the... 4th or 5th time a thread like this has came up without anything to back it up, what do you expect to happen if you don't provide proof to your accusations?
