I'm reporting that the 3.5 errata page appears to have lost all the new errata since June 2006. I'm assuming the new stuff (e.g. MiC, Complete Mage, Complete Scoundral et al) got lost in transit when the 4E errata came on line. Can we get the archive updated correctly, please?

(The rest of the promised 3.5 errata would be an added bonus, not that I'm dropping any subtle hints or anything...)

How certain are you that they actually posted errata for those books?

I check the errata page somewhat frequently and it seems to me that there haven't been many updates for quite a while.

Direct link to Complete Scoundrel errata

Direct link to Complete mage errata

Direct link to Magic Item Compendium errata

So yes, they were posted.

All D&D pages were overwritten with any new 4e related material.

Many older pages involving 3e were lost and will probably not return.

Luckily some people have found older pages. One way to do this is to try http://web.archive.org and search for the thing you were looking for in the old format, and jsut try to grab the link to any files and try downloading them directly.

Out of interest Z, where did you find the links then? They weren't on the new errata page or the one in the archives. For future reference. (Although it's looking pretty slim we're getting the promised 3.5 errata now, isn't it?)

I had posted those links on another message board.

It took me a whole half minute , but I found the 3.5 errata links. They are in the 3.5 archive.

that only represents part of the 3.5 errata, a fare bit is missing by my recollection(and wasn't there some 2ed stuff too). seems like another bad PR move to me but I'm positive that it was totally inadvertent, it was probably the new corporate speak

Yeah, that link has a lot of stuff missing. For example, the three files I linked above aren't on that list.

Looks like they archived it too soon and lost the most resent stuff.

Well, even including Zherog's three links, there are a lot of books that ever even received an Errata as far as I know. With the wealth in information that they must have collected over the years from CS inquiries, I think it's a pity most books never got FAQ/Errata to fix their greatest errors and unclarities.

I agree, Roger. At one point, somewhere in the Future Releases forum a WotC employee had promised there would be some other books (I forget which ones, though). Those never showed up.

Tome of Battle is one. Customer service even said that they where working on it.

Specifically:

Complete Champion errata is taking a little longer than expected to go through developer review.

Next on the errata agenda:
Tome of Battle: The Book of the Nine Swords

And then...
Complete Psionic

This was in February.

I PMed WotC_GregB and he is trying to get the items posted back up. Are there any more missing besides MIC, Complete Mage, and Complete Scoundrel that you know about?
