Well, I've been having this problem.
If I go to Customer Service then "My Stuff", "Questions" and then click on a question I get an error instead of the questions details.

This error means that I cannot update any of my questions.
I've e-mailed customer Service about this, but thought I'd inform the boards as well.

RUMPLESTIX mentioned this problem in the following thread: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1162250

Well, I've got a response already. As I cannot update questions I'll continue here.
There's escalating the complaint, but gave some advice for the meantime that sometimes helps.

I the advice to clear cookies and it didn't work.

As for trying a different browser, this one worked earlier for updating/viewing question and I don't want to download/install another. I might try that later though.

I have the same problem. But my browser has been working all along. So, why did it just stop?

Customer Service is aware of the problem and they are working on getting a fix.

I'm suprised that you didn't ask for the update to your question. On of the ORCs could possibly look it up and PM you the answer. Of course they could also have the same probelm viewing the deatils of questions, but I think it would have been fixed quicker if that was the case.

Here's quote for the ORCs.
Ok, I am posting here just in cast I am missing something obvious, but I am getting very frustrated with the Customer Service process. I sent them a rules question a couple of days ago. I have not received a reply, either in my email, or as a message for my account here. However, when I go into "contact us" at the bottom of the page, and check on the status of the question, it shows that it is no longer pending. The only link I can find on the whole page, however, which is the subject of my mail to them, is broken, and takes me to a page that won't load.

So, in short, how the hell does customer service contact me? Apparently they have an answer, but I have no idea how they think they are going to communicate this with me.

Getting very frustrated.

Customer Service is aware of the problem and they are working on getting a fix.

So a month later and they haven't been able to fix it? How about hiring better programmers or reverting back to whatever you were using before?

calronmoonflower It appears the problem has been fixed.

In that case they rebroke it recently. I've been trying for hours last night and today to file for a compensation. Yes, I've cleared cache, history, yada yada.

I believe it is a user-end problem. (i.e. your system)

My ability to view works fine and has been for some time now.
I did run into a glitch of some sorts here while back after changing my primary e-mail and registering for DDI under the new one.

So, I have been having communications off and on for a while now. It is working fine now for me and has been except for an occasional hiccough or two.
