#1 Seeker95 Sep 28, 2009 15:28:06	I'm a pretty easy-going guy. I like 4e. I mostly like the new Forums. But it doesn't require one to be a h4ter or an anti-WotC person to acknowledge that there are lots of things not quite working on the Boards. We saw a flurry of changes and fixes and corrections in the first week after beta launch of the Boards. Since then, not so much. Can we please get a check-in from the powers-that-be to give us some assurance that things are happening? And maybe an update on what those things are? The current silence is deafening. And if it is enough to cause me frustration, I am confident it is salt in the wounds of those who consistently have a beef with WotC. Please give us some feedback.
#2 kratch Sep 28, 2009 15:45:36	I recently noticed composing private messages to non-friends contains the recipeints name now (it used to appear blank but still would go to the recipient). But, yes, I agree, some level of transparency would be very nice. It's hard enough to stay positive with all the haters out there, even when you know stuff is being done, but without some transparency, it's truely a task.

Tell us some of the things that are happening off camera, because right now, the general perception is that nothing has happened. And perception is important.

Letting us know that the Boards will be down today (9 Pacific/Noon Eastern) does not tell us what they are fixing/changing/addressing. Hopefully when the Boards come back up, they'll say what was fixed/changed/addressed.

On a related note, the background color of the forums has been set a light gray to reduce the contrast a bit. How is that working for you?

Back on topic, from what have gathered here and there, they have been working a back end issues that need to be dealt with first before the improvements can be implemented. Also no ETA exists for the updates.
