| #1SarlaxDec 27, 2010 1:43:51 | I've been trying for a while now to upload my PDF character sheet for the contest but no matter how small I make the file, I receive this error: The file you have attached is larger than what is allowed for this promotion. Does anyone have any idea about how to get around this? I've tried uploading via Firefox and Chrome, as well as lowering the DPI on the file (to the point that the PDF was 742kb). |

| #3ORC_KovacsDec 27, 2010 16:36:47 | Hi Sarlax! I am sorry you have had difficulties with this. We've adjusted the submission guidelines to request a zipped .DND4E file as opposed to a .pdf, which should make the process easier and more reliable. If you have any problems moving forward after this change, please do not hesitate to email us and we will find a solution. |
| #4lokiareDec 27, 2010 23:57:42 | I've seen people having problems with actually creating characters that follow the standards, let alone getting 1000 words to fit into the description boxes... |
| #5FReeXenonDec 28, 2010 15:26:43 | I am having the same prob. I tried to attach the Zipped DND4e file on Firefox and Chrome and I get the same error (invalid file type). I have been trying for quite a few days and I am getting really annoyed. Thanks edit: I have just emailed customer support |

| #7FReeXenonDec 29, 2010 10:27:55 | I tried it in Opera, which I only use for website testing, and it went straight through. Curious. I wonder if using Opera for the VT passes will solve that issue too. |
| #8FReeXenonJan 03, 2011 22:18:05 | Using Opera for the VTT Passes worked for me too. |
| #9MovanicJan 04, 2011 20:56:09 | One should always use Opera. |
