Can't Send PMs; What's the Deal?

May 19, 2010 19:50:45 Why can't I just type in the user's name I want to send to anymore? And why can I only search my friends for user names? Why does a message pop up telling me that "You may want to send this person a message if you haven't already," after I send a friend invite, and then provide me no way to send a message?

Am I blind, deaf and dumb, or is this yet another site glitch?!

May 19, 2010 20:24:47 Choose send a message under their avatar in their profile. Clicking on the silhouette under their avatar will also bring down a list that includes PMing them.

They might have their privacy settings set to stop PMs or something. You could try the second methiod. If that doesn't work, it is most likely the settinggs.
