You'll need to request the email change through the help site:

http://www.wizards.com/customerservice

Specify in your request that you'd like the email on your forums account changed to match the email on your Gleemax account.

They can, yes. But policy says you have to go through customer service.

Have you logged in to their system? If not, scroll to the bottom of any page and click the "Contact Us" link. The login for that system, unfortunately, is not the same login as the one you use here; so if you've never been to their help system, you'll need to register.

After you get logged in, create a new ticket; tell them what you need done, and mention that you sent an e-mail a week and a half ago. The advantage to doing a ticket in the help system is you can log in and see if anybody has done anything; and if they haven't, you can post an update.

I'm unable to locate any request from the accounts you have on the forums/gleemax in our system.

Did you receive an email notifying you that the question had been submitted? These are generally instant, or close to it. If you did not, then the question did not go through. After pressing "submit" once, it takes you to another confirmation screen that you have to agree to. Only then does it send your mail.

If you did get an email notifying you that your question had been received, feel free to pm me with the email address you used for the request, and I'll look into this further.
