This site sucks. Does anyone know the email address for customer service? I've only been able to find a link to do it through the browser, which isn't working... I like Wizards, but this site is horrible.

Sorry to say, but good luck. I have never had any good things come out of their customer service unfortunately, don't get me wrong, I love the products, but in the few times I have had to try and contact someone, I usually was either ignored, or got some unrelated form letter back from them weeks later that didn't help.

Maybe try PMing WotC_Trevor or mudbunny and seeing what they can do...

I just want to log into my DCI account, but I got it a while ago, have no idea what the password is, and don't have the little stub on the bottom anymore...

There's a thread for those that have problems going through the system.

Here it is: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1133626
Conveniently hidden under that rock.

alright, I just looked at that forum and lost all hope... Is wizards really that awful? Those posts are from months ago and are the exact same problems that are going on now. This must be wizards trying to jerk us around, the site can't be this lousy by mistake. I'm also a DDI subscriber, so I just can't wait to try to cancel...

Just as a data point, I posted in that thread this morning (as I was wanting to ask CS a question, but getting "technical error" messages), and got my problem fixed this evening.

So the site coding may blow, but the service doesn't.

I just posted there, so I'll keep my fingers crossed. This site is still ridiculous though. What excuse can there be? Give me a good excuse and I'll apologize to Wizards myself, if I get an email address from them...

Well I have never personally had a problem with the site, but I have watched threads of people who do, and they tend to get solved quickly, and CS takes their concerns very seriously. I'm sure this will get resolved.

Software can interact in unpredictable ways.
I image most of these problem are not from WotC side.

Also your D&DI password should be the same as your forum password.
