#1 Outshined Dec 01, 2009 16:56:09	When I go to the customer service page and attempt to access the "email us", "live help", or "my stuff" tabs, it never seems to load the page.  It just brings up a prompt about the encryption over and over.  I've tried several different computers and browsers.  Is it just me, or is anyone else experiencing weirdness?

#4 Outshined Dec 01, 2009 22:40:08	Thanks Webster.  Exploring that thread, I see lots of people have the same exact problem as me.  With a problem so pervasive, you would think they would just patch accounts en masse, or at least post a faq/info blurb about this common problem somewhere.
#5 Webster Dec 01, 2009 23:56:38	It's not every account. From what I understand, the bug that caused the problem has been fixed. It's a situation where it's best to post on that thread. A faq would just say "Post on that thread so CS can get in touch with you to fix the issue."
