| #1ascottbayApr 27, 2010 14:45:12 | I originally started this thread with the intention of pointing out that Dark Sun was still under "Other Worlds" despite becoming the third 4E campaign setting in just a few more months. (Discussed here: Link) Then I took a really good look at the D&D Worlds forums and realized they're kind of a mess. You have the Eberron forums separated by the Forgotten Realms forums, and then after the second Eberron forum there's another Realms forum. Wouldn't it be tidier to have an Eberron and Realms forum with sub-forums for the Lore and Running [Setting] forums? Currently it's like this:
Wouldn't it be better looking like:
Of course, the Dark Sun bit is just my own hopes. ;) |

| #6ascottbayMay 03, 2010 12:04:12 | It's a shame they don't use vBulletin anymore; I have experience with that, especially with forum reordering, and it would take all of 5 minutes. I can't recognize what they're using, but it's very silly that, as an example, the blogging feature doesn't have any sort of RSS feed that my browsers and feed readers can identify. Maybe it's silly enough to fall apart if you move a forum, too, but I hope not. So does "soon" mean "when-Dark-Sun-is-released soon" or does it mean "when-we-get-around-to-it soon"? |
