Does the website's format change when you click refresh?

Mar 21, 2012 14:11:33 Not really sure where to post this but I wanted to see if this happens to anyone else. Whenever I click refresh the site actually changes. It changes back to the visual format when you come here but you haven't logged in, even though it shows that I am logged in.

Mar 21, 2012 17:27:30 It's an atrocious website. The pages vary all the time, the links change so often bookmarks become useless fast, and the menus are unclear.

Try posting to the forums from a device with autocorrect and you get so many weird responses because of the built in auto coding, it's like trying to talk English to a Frenchman.

I don't expect it to get fixed. Website design requires testing, and WotC are notably bad at that.

Mar 21, 2012 17:35:11 Depending on which browser you're using you could try ctrl+shift+del and clear you cache. It could be that you're browser's saved old versions of the site and is loading them at weird times. On IE you might have to clear and then closer the browser too, because well, its IE.

I can't garuntee how the site's updated though so even that may not work. Best of luck!

Mar 22, 2012 8:20:38 If this happens in the 'Next' forums, I can tell you what kinda sorta is the problem. Since Next is both a forum and a group, it seems to redirect you to the group version of the thread you're in if you refresh the thread via the button the site provides. If you don't want that to happen, you have to pop out of the thread and then back in. As far as I know, WotC has been aware of the issue for some time and hasn't said much beyond that.
