#1 bydchon Sep 30, 2009 13:28:34	Is the group creator the only person capable of adding events?   I ask because I would like my group members to be able to create events or mark dates when they are not going to be available and things like that. I'm also getting a weird error when I click on an event under the calendar on the group page. The error says: "Sorry. You cannot view this event on this site." Thanks in advance for the help!
#2 zombie_babies Oct 01, 2009 11:45:53	If you would like to give the ability to make calendar updates to your members, simply promote those you'd like to give that privilege to to 'moderator' status.  I'm a moderator for one of the groups I'm in and I can and do make calendar updates.  I also created a blog post for people to post calendar suggestions in and then update based upon those requests.  We also have a thread for that purpose.  As far as I know, promotion is the only way to allow a group member to update the calendar.
