| #1mnemonicsvDec 09, 2009 2:33:41 | My apologies if this is a known issue with the community beta software; If this is a known issue, I must have missed it. ![]() It seems I am unable to send PMs. When I attempt to do so, I am given a reCAPTCHA image to input. The problem is, that it doesn't matter how many times I input an answer, I just go back to another reCAPTCHA image. After about a dozen or so images, all of which I answered, I just gave up trying. In the event anyone asks, yes, I was inputting the correct answers. Just in case, I even cleared out my browser cache. No change. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or is it just me? Is this a problem with the beta, the reCAPTCHA server... or should I contact CustServ under the assumption this is an account problem? Note, I have never even tried to send a PM on the new community platform until now, so this could be an account issue... I really don't know. Still, I'd rather check here before bothering with CustServ. |

| #4Seeker95Dec 09, 2009 7:06:02 | I had to enter three sets of words to send a PM last night. I entered them correctly. Also, in two word entries, only one of them is a security element. The other is how Google (and a few other services, I believe) is getting its scanned books proofed. Perhaps the contract with the security service requires a certain level of activity, and WotC has fallen behind? |
