Hey gang! I just wanted to let everyone around here know about the third annual How Not To Grow a Beard Month (HoNoToGroABeMo). What does this have to do with D&D and gaming? Well, because I'm your "official" representative in this panel of geeky icons. Each year a cadre of geeks join forces on the website to post regular pictures and thoughts as we grow our beards for the entire month of November and request sponsorship (because money fertilizes beards, didn't you know). All of the money goes towards Breast Cancer Research. There are tons of HUGE geeks on the site, but very little D&D reprsentation. But you don't need lots of representation...you have me. Guy who's been playing D&D since I was 8 (currently 31). Guy who loved the game enough to start a podcast about it (www.thetomeshow.com) that's literally weeks younger than the official podcast. Guy who saw no love for Players in the blogging community...and so he started a website for that (www.TemporaryHitPoints.com). Guy who loves D&D. Loves the D&D community. Loves all of you. The question is...what do you love. Do you love boobs? Then you really ought to be donating. Do you love D&D? Then you probably ought to do that donating by the means of sponsoring me.
