#1 isaacc Jul 08, 2008 12:06:27	It is a chore to remember which threads I have participated in. Other web sites' forums provide a list of threads that one has participated in as well as notices when a reply has been posted since your last viewing of the thread. Is there no such mechanism here because I can't seem to find it. The only thing I see is the subscribe to thread feature. Is this how it is done here? That is, I need to manually subscribe to every thread I post to. Also, if that is the case, is there a different mechanism to bookmark interetsing threads? Thanks. Edit: I see now that I can have notices sent to my email address. So, if I understand correctly, there is no option to have notices sent here to private messaging. Frankly, I don't want my email address flooded so-to-speak with notices from Gleemax. I'd rather keep all my content, notices included, right here. But, I have no choice, right?
#2 mudbunny Jul 08, 2008 12:16:49	If you ahev posted in a thread, depending on the site style that you have chosen, you will have a symbol immediately to the left of the thread title. For me, they are shown by a checkmark next to the thread title. example
#3 lord_karsus Jul 08, 2008 12:23:42	If you ahev posted in a thread, depending on the site style that you have chosen, you will have a symbol immediately to the left of the thread title. -There have been problems with the boards as of late, and sometimes you are automatically subscribed to the thread, while other times, you are not. At the top of the thread in question, there will be a little box entitled 'Thread Tools'. You can check here to make sure that you are subscribed to the thread, or, if it doesn't do it automatically, you can manually do it with this menu.
#4 mudbunny Jul 08, 2008 12:26:34	If you look at my picture, you see that one of the thread titles is in italics. For the style I have, that is how it is indicated that I am subscribed to the thread.
