Posting this in GD could have gotten it shunted to the second page and out of sight before anybody who could help you noticed, though you'd have gotten a lot of comments and flames from people who couldn't help you in anyway.

Oct 03, 2011 12:20:01 My understanding is that it is a cookie problem. Closing and re-opening the browser almost always fixes it.
