-If you need to have a physical copy of stuff, print it. There, problem solved. You now have less ink and blank paper, but you have a physical copy of the stuff.

I would rather not have to print it if I am already paying for it.

-And, I'd rather not have to pay for gas, when I pay for insurance. What are you gonna do? :P

just be prepared, because if you print the new content everything seems to be in landscape format.

So you are paying the same price for the online version as you would a printed version, but you have to spend 3 times more for the materials to print it yourself?

I would rather just ... on the WotC servers. :D

The point isn't really that people NEED a physical copy, it just alters greatly the customer base by selecting only one type of customer rather than being a publication for all gamers. Some people may do good enough to afford the old magazines, now they have to consider ISP costs, and well as printing costs, which they just may not be able to afford at all.

-If you want a physical copy, then yes.

To the OP:

A laptop with a wireless card and a wireless router inside my house allows me to access the internet while I do "my business" on my throne. ;)

Yeah but taking a lap top in to the bathroom is just wrong.
