#1 klaustheprince Aug 17, 2008 13:13:18	Since a couple of days, I have a big problem connecting to the forums and to D&D Insider: I cannot login unless I reset my password everytime. If I am not logged in and insert my last valid password, it says the password is incorrect. Am I the only one experiencing this problem? Thanks for your attention.
#2 hellmute Aug 17, 2008 13:53:10	Insider did within the past month actually start working. prior it did not need you to log in. that may mean you need to clear your cookies for gleemax, wizards.com, etc to get fresh ones. That fixed it for most people. It is also possible they are working on it, but dobt so as they are off or at GenCon. DDI is putting out new things that may cause the site to go down as they are "installed" or upgraded and Gleemax is removed. hope this helps.
