Is This Where I Complain About the "Non-Wizards" Splash Page?

EDIT: For clarification, the page that comes up when you click on a link to an outside webpage before you can go to that webpage.

I'd have to find it, but I think it was changed because people hated the frames (banner) method.


And to answer KillerGM's question, I think Customer Service would be the best (official) place to voice your complaint, but for a discussion about it; yes, here is the best place.
