| #1zombie_babiesSep 25, 2009 8:19:59 | So here's a fun one. I attempted to respond to a PM I had today only to encounter a 'there was a problem' page. For some reason, the site decided that I needed to complete the set up Wizard before I would be allowed to reply. The thing is, I've already responded to a fair number of PMs without any trouble. I assume if I had clicked anything, though, that it would have done the same thing. The step I chose not to complete I left out for a reason. That stupid send an invite to a friend crap. I don't want to harass people about this website and I can't stand it when people do that sort of thing to me. So, I didn't do it. And then the site made me. Luckily I had a junk email addy around to send the invite to. I hope that this step really isn't a required one for participation. Anyone else run into something similar? |

| #3zombie_babiesSep 25, 2009 12:07:23 | That's kind of what I'm trying to figure out. When the li'l screen popped up, all of the other steps were green and offered an option to re-do. The send an invite step only offered one option - to do it. I don't know if it just sort of glitched out and happened or if it's some sort of policy change. I'm thinking it's the former, but you never know. It's just a practice that bothers me on a personal level and one I did not appreciate basically being told I had to do in order to participate. Like I said, I had a workaround, but it's something that annoys me. I was just wondering if it happened to anyone else. If it's a glitch, it's a bothersome one. |

So it's a glitch, eh? That's what I thought. Thanks for the confirmation. |
