Issue with Private Messages

Feb 03, 2011 7:58:52 When I attempt to send a private message, I receive the message:

Sorry, there was a problem.

You are not allowed to send messages until you have completed the wizard.

When I click the Go To Wizard, button, all 5 boxes are checked green. I could always send them without issues before.

Feb 03, 2011 8:30:17 This has happened to me as well. I used to be able to just 'complete' a part of the Wizard but then it started telling me the Wizard was complete (originally it would forget I had completed it). At any rate, I was never given a solution and the issue would just correct itself on its own. Hopefully you'll get a li'l better help with yours.

Feb 03, 2011 8:32:02 There was another thread earlier that says if you clear your cache, log out and restart your browser that it should be fixed. Give it a shot? I haven't had the issue so I don' t know if that works but it's definately worth atry.
