| #1thorr_kanDec 02, 2008 15:44:09 | Are the old Knowledge Arcana PDFs still available anywhere on the site? |
| #2crazy_monkeyDec 02, 2008 16:09:48 | Unfortunately, no. The back issues were relinquished to the individual who copyrighted the name "Knowledge Arcana." There may be community members who have the issues. Also, some of the staff members of Phoenix Lore also worked on the old Knowledge Arcana and may have the back issues as well. |

I don't mind if they just offer it for download, but beyond that, it would become a problem since I wrote my contribution to the magazine in good faith when it was something other than what it is now. |
| #4ArtifactDec 03, 2008 1:19:24 | Knowledge Arcana was a fun ezine, created by wizard.community members. Hadn't realized they'd been pulled; think I'll dig out my digital copies and browse again for old-times sake Dragon/Dungeon are now found exclusively on-site. I wonder: Is this town big enough for three ezines, two official, one fan-made ;)? This has crossed my mind a couple of times but I never got around to asking. |
| #5crazy_monkeyDec 03, 2008 8:59:48 | Actually, in addition to Dragon and Dungeon, there is also Phoenix Lore (currently a free e-zine), Kobold Quarterly (a pay e-zine) and WereDragon (also a pay e-zine). :D |
| #6ZherogDec 03, 2008 9:58:03 | Kobold Quarterly is also available in print. ;)Hmm. That begs the question then, do they also claim ownership in any way of the content of those back issues? You would have to go ask the individual who trademarked the name Knowledge Arcana away from WotC. |
