So, what's going on?

There are not technical problems. It's just not finished yet.

I would call that a technical problem. They already have the design concept, not they are waiting on the technical department to finish.... :P

LOL. I think it is not ready yet because they ran into unexpected technical problems. Otherwise it would have been released when at the stated release date.
