Ok, could someone please tell me how to post links in posts and in my sig?

I wish the link feature had stayed the same.

Yes I am kinda computer stupid at times.

Thanks.

you need to use html code for links in your sig. for example (a href="URL")displayed link text(/a) except the round brackets ( need to be arrows <

So there is two different ways of posting links? One for the Forums and on for Sigs? Sounds overly complicated to me

Thanks.

well, technically the way used when posting a reply just puts the html code in at the click of the button (you can see the html code the board converts everything to by clicking the "HTML" button (6 to the right of the links button)), where the signiture uses a more basic text box (rather then an editor) and the html need to be manulaly inserted rather then automatically being inserted by an editor.

So it needs to be like this? (a href=http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=525.0)The Current Duskblade Handbook(/a)

With <> replacing ()

It started with HTML only for the forums as well, but the vBulletin tags where restored for the forum.
