Login Glitch

Jun 09, 2008 5:18:51 Ive been trying to login for several hours. It accepts the password, but when I go to the boards I'm not logged in. Then I keep trying to login and it wouldn't take it so I changed my password. Then it said I had the wrong password or still wouldn't log me in and I changed it again. Then when I tried to contact customer help it said I had no account here. It let me make a new one, but then wouldn't let me log in.

Any ideas?

Jun 09, 2008 5:36:00 it is a glitch. You should try to log in with your main account again. I finally got through after the downtime. I do't een see the maintainence page anymore when downtime comes, so they broke something, it isn't your fault.

Jun 09, 2008 5:39:54 With me, I was logged out & couldn't even get to the login page.

Obviously,I'm logged in again. Glitches are such a pain.

Jun 09, 2008 6:38:12 I notice when I get the error that it's during the day, which'd be some flavour of evening for Americanites, maybe its a traffic thing?

Jun 09, 2008 11:08:02 I usually can't log in between 9 pm and 1 am. It's been happening since thursday.

I wish they would at least tell us what's up. The last time it happened customer service said it was a known error and NOTHING else of value.
