#1 RUMPLESTIX Mar 15, 2009 16:13:47	For a while I have been aware of the annoying problem of getting a blank screen when looking at a member profile and the like. However, it seems the past couple days that I have been getting a blank white screen even when clicking on the link and sometimes even when hitting the link. WTF?

#5 calronmoonflower Mar 15, 2009 23:42:43	Has anyone e-mailed Customer Service? [edit] Just happened to me while trying to post a thread. I suggest that right click, select all, and copy be used to prevent data loss until it's fixed.
#6 lord_karsus Mar 16, 2009 15:15:38	-This was a problem that plagued the boards about a year or so ago, which prompted WotC to put the site off-line from time to time, and imposed the regular downtime for maintainence. If you click on something, and get a blank screen, all you have to do is click refresh 1+ times, to get things to reload. If there is typed information, or data, or whatever else, you'll be promoted to resend data/transmission/whatever it says in a pop-up from your browser.

(On the off chance you didn't know...) Just keep hitting the 'refresh button' and eventually it should turn up... However, I think I remember reading posts about there being a problem with multi-word searches.

I had a problem with the CB update but figured it out and wanted to let them know so as to not bother with it but I can't update my CS submission. I also had another issue to ask about, but... it doesn't seem worthwhile right now. Anyone?
