Wizards said the next print will feature a different cover, meaning it will be reprinted. They plan to keep the Essential line on the shelves so most likely it will.
So, in order to bring the different erratas needed to light, and perhaps to point flaws in it's design, i think a place should be created for it expressly for this purpose.
This thread is only informative and suggestive, and is not the place to start bashing. There's plenty of Threads for this if it's only what you're looking for dude, so move on.

And yes, there are plenty of threads on these boards and EN world that have listed the numerous errors in the Red Box players handbook a bazzillion of times, so there is no need to create a forum for this.

But why wouldn't they ? Regardless of how many Discussion Forums are created on a subject here or at EnWorld, they are not the Official Wizard of the Coast Errata Boards created specifically to report Erratas. They will not move pseudo-edition flame war and anti-essential propagandas. Only a few really were created purposefully to address these.
But when a new product hit the shleves, a Thread is usually created to address these.

Well, I think you're right. There should be one, and if it's only that everybody who missed them knows where to find the info.
