My point is, this is a forum run by a business for the express purpose of disseminating product information and answering questions by their customers. By saying "You need to contact Customer Service", it sends the message that they do not read or respond to any of the forums, which means they don't really care about what goes on here. |

A few forums like the errata forums are for feedback, but the vast majority are not. On this forum you might get a VLC to pass the info on, but that is mainly for free back on the forums rather that the WotC site, and thus this is outside the area they cover. By saying "You need to contact Customer Service", it sends the message that they do not read or respond to any of the forums, You might get a response, but it is unlikely. If you try the WIZARDS.COMunity forums, you would more likely get a response, as that is the place for the feedback of this type. which means they don't really care about what goes on here. False conclusion, most likely based on the misconception above. This is the wrong forum for that type of feedback, and the Customer Service route it the official way to do it. |
