I know there are other ways to put links in, but it's much easier for me to double check which threads have already been moved if I can see the number right there.
When you see me post to this thread something like "Set" or "all done", that means all requests between that post and my prior post have been processed unless otherwise noted. That's when each world can make a request for 5 more threads. You don't have to wait (And I'm not going to wait) for each world to have a request in to process them. So, if Dark Sun, Mystara and Spelljamer have requests in, I process them, all worlds can submit 5 more, included the three that had their requests processed.
Not all threads need to be moved.
For example, "Can we have our own forums?" If a thread is small enough to be re-started, it probably should be re-startted rather than wait to be moved. Plus, there are questions we all KNOW will be reposted. "Will there be 4e for this setting?" is garunteed to be posted on those forums at some point. :D I also have a suggestion- if there are huge FAQ threads, it would probably be better if they were re-started/updated rather than moved. If the OP isn't around anymore, there's no way to get the FAQ updated. Many FAQ threads have lots of discussion, but these are usually change suggestions to the first few posts/faq. By restarting, we don't have to sift through hundreds of pages, and it looks cleaner/neater.
And finally, thanks for being patient. This may take a while, but we can at least get the really important threads moved.

The "... v2.0" thread was created (to continue the original conversation) after the original thread was locked, so all the posts in that second thread should actually have posting dates that are after all the dates in the first thread. I'd like the conversation to get reunified so that people don't start a parallel conversation in thread number 1 and thread number 2, which would get very confusing. (If someone has already done that, then I don't mind if that post gets shuffled because they might have read thread number 2.) So if you could do that next time you pass by, that would be great.
BTW: I used to be a moderator on a (now defunct) forum that used vBulletin forum software, so I actually have done merges like this myself (and do know posts get shuffled by date). But thanks for reminding me. ;)

Thorf- I know it would be easier on you guys but I know whole sections would get missed. Not to mention confusing very fast. Greyhawk day 7 done, Mystara day three done, Spelljammer day four done.... That sort of thing.
Plus, it keeps the thread bumped and visible. That way it won't get forgotten.

Well, I was quoting another guy there. I wouldn't be doing that sort of thing with my own move requests. And I won't be trawling GH threads until a large percentage of SJ threads are restored.

(I've posted the odd move request for non-SJ threads, but my main interest over here is Spelljammer, so we really need someone to look after these other campaign settings and help pull their forums out of the gutter.)

I don't mind doing it for all the worlds if everything is (as presented above) "day 1, day 2, etc.." so I can just keep track of it. As I said, it's a pain if one world I'm working on "day 3", and another "day 6".

That is a useless thread. But the only reason I posted a link is that you listed it yourself in the Spelljammer threads thread.
I didn't realise what "retired" meant, but I'm guessing it means the person has cancelled their forum account (or has been deleted from lack of use).
That sort of thread isn't a priority. The trouble is, that threads like that are still going to be in our way. We need to get rid of them, so that we can find other SJ threads in the search engine results. I would say that particular thread should be locked and dumped into some sort of dustbin forum (until the forums are next pruned).
It is possible that some of the other threads mentioned in the Spelljammer threads thread are also useless. I don't know what method Dulsi used to find them. He might have just been searching for the word "spelljammer" and not investigating how valuable the threads actually were. He certainly didn't know that I'd be recycling that list (that you reposted) as part of the thread moving effort.
Shame I don't actually have time to check them. I certainly haven't seen any of the Moon of the Month threads or other threads by Night Druid in the list. Threads like those ones are the main ones that we need to dig down and find as they were (when they were posted) the star threads of the SJ subforum. And many of Night Druid's threads have come back from the grave several times.
Thorf is a lot better at indexing the Mystara threads than I am at finding SJ threads. I'll try to find some, but I don't have much spare time at the moment. And as Thorf pointed out, flagging SJ threads (and some other threads) over here means that I've got less time to post anything useful in the Other Worlds sections.
EDIT: Actually, bookmarking Nightdruid's user page and searching for threads started by him looks a lot more efficient than searching for all SJ threads in the other worlds section (the search page even shows what forum the thread is in, so if it says Other Worlds it needs moving). I think I'll do that until I've cleared out all the SJ threads started by him, then move onto one of the other main SJ thread posters.

Webster, one more request: would it be possible for you to delete the "moved" notices in the other worlds board? They clog up the board, making it much harder to find threads that need to be moved just by browsing. It would be best if you didn't leave those notifications at all while moving threads to the various sub-forums.

Incidentally, Havard have you seen this thread? I'm trying to coordinate the moving of threads there.

One question: is there a reason why the thread ID numbers for the last five Mystara threads (Day 10 above) have changed? Is this going to happen with all the ID numbers from now on?
Also, to be clear: you have not moved the posts on Havard's list above? Are you going to move them, or should I incorporate them into the schedule of days? Either is fine by me, because either way they will get done soon enough.
(EDIT: I have taken Havard's list from above and used it to populate the next set of lists, Days 16-20. I'm sure Havard will not mind if they are moved as part of that batch.)
