Hello,
I have a new mac computer with the most current version of silverlight.

When I go to the tools menu and click on character builder, it just takes me to the home page that says I need to be a member to use the builder. It shows that I am logged in  on the top right corner.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Did you purchase a membership to DDi? if so log out of DDi Clear your browser cache close your browser shut down your computer and restart it. Then try to access the site. If that doesn't work wait 24-48 hours and try again. If that doesn't work call customer service demand to speak to a supervisor three times and let em have it...

Ha ha. I like your tactics.

I will do that if it crashes so far, I just did get it to open in Safari.
Firefox: No
Chrome: No
Safari: just got it working.

Thanks!

Yeah, I can't get it to open in Firefox and never have been able to. It works just fine in Chrome and Safari for me though. Who knows why these things happen.

I blame gremlins.

Blame Silverlight. Its Microsoft's version of Flash.

I use Firefox on XP on my laptop and it opens fine. Slower load time than I would like, but it works. But I have the silverlight plug-in for Firefox installed.
