| #1glak2Jun 28, 2008 10:43:23 | I have noticed that the Other Published Worlds forum is low in traffic. Originally it was several forums representing the different campaign settings but they weren't that popular. Then before the release of 4e WotC wisely merged them into one forum. There was an initial surge of activity when 4e was released due to people finally having something to work with in terms of conversions. However due to the lack of threads in the Other Published Worlds forums people left for non WotC sites. I think that the only way to draw them back would be to get an influx of new threads. I thus recommend merging the forum with D&Di Announcements. This is a WotC controlled forum and thus they would be able to throw us a thread or two whenever activity slowed. That would help us keep up the all important thread count, which is key to keeping people on the site in intererested in WotC IP. |

Personally I think OPW should have a forum for each setting and who knows, as each setting is released they can be split off one by one. Bel |
