If everybody gets mad and keeps posting these kinds of things, how long do you think WotC will keep paying for the site to stay open? |

Posting that back does make my main point invalid. I, for the most part, show the most respect I can to the one that both work for WotC on here and my follow poster. I don't think asking for alittle in return is asking to much. A subforum would have been more reasonable and hurt less people then the option taken. |

Toss everyone into confusion, they can't get organized, get frustrated, and leave. That's what they really WANT. So that all is left is pro 4e, and no naysayers. With the community purged of older edition fans, any one new that stumbles in will be shouted down by the crowd. Look at any anti-4e thread to see this starting now. |
| #5ace_of_timeJun 17, 2008 13:37:17 | That is another reason I have a problem. My thread was about using 3.5 PHB and 4e DMG&MM. I wasn't against 4e. This was the starting post for my thread. If you don't like the 4e PHB and classes or races. Why not just use the 3.5 PHB and have the DM use 4e DMG and MM. Problem solved. Had to search 3o+ pages to find it. After this one I was posting ways to convert 3.5 character creation to work with 4e books. Then they moved it in with all the others without even looking to see what the thread was really about. In any noraml thread with the same theme as the one they merge it with My posts would have been way off topic and close to hyjacking. I don't mind be moved, but you can't find anything there and now my thread has no chance see as how it is spread over 4 page. Is it to much to ask to read alittle before merging some. Or is it the "how cares about the customers we have a job to do." Note: I work in retail too. 1 mad customer = 20 more people that hear about what happened. and that is just local stuff. The internet is world wide. You could count that as 20 in each country per person made mad. Since the merging threads isn't making people happy where does that math lead! happy bosses i guess? |
