May 15, 2009 2:38:15 Not sure if this is the right section of the forum, but here goes.

Does anyone else have problems looking at the "Profile" pages, including their own? Every time I try, all I get is a blank page. :/

It's a known issue, and the fact that despite weeks of complaints there has been, at least to my knowledge, no response from anyone at WotC is becoming rather irritating.

Unfortunately there is no known workaround for viewing a profile, but by left clicking on a poster's name in the header of a post by them you can still access some of the functions you can from a profile, like sending a PM.

May 15, 2009 11:08:16 pigknight already started a thread about that, and I bumped it recently to remind them ,but WoTC doesn't really give a **** about it, to be honest. It's been down for about a month now. I think, in that amount of time, they could have fixed the issue. They just don't want to.

We were finally able to track down and fix the issue that was causing public profiles to not show up. If you notice any other issues with them, please let us know.
