So my buddy was banned on the second for a completely nonsensical reason, which is honestly to be expected, and completely beside the point. The point is, his email said he'd be back on the sixth. He's been trying to contact CustServ for the past eighteen hours or so to completely no effect, so I, being a bro, want to help him out. What's up with that? Is he just "lazy" and a certain unnamed CustServ employee "hate [him]?" Or is it just that expecting events to occur within eighteen hours of when they're supposed to a completely unrealistic expectation? I'm personally quite curious.

We've passed the 24 hour mark since the time was explicitly told he'd be unbanned by. Great way to appeal to customers, WotC, it really shows of your dedication to high-quality service.

Hi,

I deleted references to a specific account because we cannot discuss specific accounts due to privacy concerns. In general, sometimes a ban fails to unsuspend because of a technical glitch. Our policy is forĀ  bans to reverse in a timely manner but sometimes there are glitches that are beyond our control. However, we are working on trying to improve those systems.

Your friend can only discuss the specific case with customer support.

I'll be closing this thread now.

Thanks,

Monica
