#1 Cyber-Dave Sep 05, 2010 15:29:16	Hey WotC, I love your products, and have made a habit of buying quite a few of them. However, in the last month I have had some major issues with the quality control of your products. I am not talking about the rules, or art, or anything like that. As usual, I find everything I have bought from you to be amazing. However, the production quality seems to have dropped (or else I have been very lucky in the past, and unlucky this month). Both the Dark Sun Campaign Setting and the Dark Sun Creature Catalog that I bought came with cracked bindings. I have had to return both copies (replacements are currently arriving in the mail). Meanwhile, one of the miniatures that came in my copy of the Castle Ravenloft board game still has some of its molding attached to it. Thanks for your time, Dave.
#2 Duskweaver Sep 06, 2010 1:41:07	Are you aiming for somebody at WotC who might actually be in a position to do something about this issue to read this, or are you trying to find out if anyone else has experienced similar QC issues recently? If it's the former, then I suggest you send WotC a letter. There's nothing wrong with posting your complaint here, but it's unlikely to ever be read by anyone in a position to do anything about it unless a VCL feels generous enough to forward it.
#3 TelinArtho Sep 07, 2010 9:23:07	FWIW - this is actually one of the best places to post this sort of information (aside from writing a letter directly). The VCLs do communicate directly with CM - and this is the sort of thing (in my experience) they would be inclined to forward along.
