#1 mossimo916 Jun 23, 2009 1:58:02	it says to fill out the offical entry form and attach your answers to it as well and i cant seem to find it. any help? also anyone else that might be doing this, how do u plan to format your answers, i.e. like bullet format listed, essay (is there a word limit?) just trying to get some clarification on the contest.

There's a link, but it goes back to the contest page; I can find no application. Do we just answer the questions in an email or attach them as a Word document (or something else). And does the 100 word limit apply to just the first question or the entire entry. I'd really appreciate some help and guidance; any would be appreciated.
