d20 Character Optimization
Any discussion that doesn't fit in d20 General and d20 Character Optimizaton can occur in RPG General. If/when RPG general gets near our target of 50 active threads per day, we'll add new forums. The same is try with d20 General and d20 Char Op. If the traffic there approaches 50 per day, we'll look to adding anothr forum to help split the traffic.
I'd like to get a final round of feedback on this before I meeting with people internally and make a final decision on the forum reorg.

So d20 odern is going stay the way it is or what?

I would recommend not doing this.
The area is already suffering from low activity. Shrinking it to 5 forums 3 of which don't have a specific purpose or topic.
Now I've been watching the numbers and know that they haven't been performing as the per the criteria that was set forth. I also know that you said that you would give some time to areas that are under performing.
Autumn said in another thread that some reorg is probably needed in this area, but not as much as you've proposed. What I would suggest (edited from KJW's list) with rough draft descriptions:
RPG Community Business - Ask questions, post concerns, and find important information about the RPG area.
d20 Modern
d20 Past/Future
Campaign and Gameplay Development - Movies, books, history and other sources can be great inspiration for you campaigns and gameplay. This is the place to discuss how to make rules that simulate reality or fiction as well as incorporating such inspiration into your campaigns.
Character Inspiration and Development - Elements of fiction and historical characters can make great characters in the roleplay world. Discuss incorporating them into your character or creating your own.

I took out house rules as they can go into Campaign and Gameplay, as well as rules counseling as those can go into General for now. I also put the off topic and general discussions at the bottom.
Granted I've only added three forums, but they are three with a specific topics. well really only two as one is a second d20 modern section, but it is what trappedslider has been campaigning for since the beginning. (If everyone else likes it) please give the area some time before moving to totally merged area. There is potential here, it just hasn't caught on yet.
